Victory Hotel & Spa

When designing for Victory Hotel and Spa, I knew typography would play a vital role in defining the brand’s identity. The Nicholas typeface was selected for its precision and purpose, offering a balance of structure and elegance. Meticulously drawn in a “tight but not touching” style, Nicholas establishes a refined visual rhythm that elevates the brand’s sophistication.

The bold weight used in the logo conveys strength and confidence, subtly reinforcing the meaning behind the name “victory of the people.” From the beginning, every design decision stemmed from the character of the typeface, influencing layout, spacing, and the overall tone of the brand.

To complement the typography, a palette of rich green and deep blue was introduced, evoking a sense of luxury, calm, and modern confidence.

This project also offers a glimpse into my design process, showcasing early sketches and first-generation logo explorations that helped shape the final identity.
